The Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation (NCF) was established in 1989 with the mission of helping children with cleft lip, cleft palate, and craniofacial conditions receive holistic medical care—including physical, psychological, and social support. In 1998, the NCF expanded internationally, launching global medical collaboration programs for cleft lip and palate. Over the past 26 years, it has provided services in 9 countries, conducted 92 free medical missions, trained 183 local medical professionals globally, and helped more than 23,370 cleft patients overseas receive treatment.
